Karl Lambert

CEO

Karl Lambert, ARNP has been in practice for over 25 years providing a very special type of care. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 1997 and graduated from the University of Kentucky. His uniquely compassionate approach coupled with innovative ideas such as the Direct Patient Care Model have helped transform healthcare. Karl specializes in primary care as well as bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Karl loves practicing in the direct primary care model where he can spend time with patients and develop relationships with them. This allows him to deliver a personalized approach to each individual patient and have the opportunity to help them live healthier and more vibrant lives. In his spare time, he enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.

Teodor D. Butiu

 MD, FAAP

Teodor D. Butiu, MD, FAAP, is a board-certified pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Butiu and his team provide personalized and compassionate care to children from birth to 21 years old.

Kylie Garing

ARNP

Kylie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Masters of Nursing from Spring Arbor University. While attending graduate school she worked full-time in ICU. She completed her Bachelor of Biology at Northland College in Wisconsin where she met her loving husband. She chose nursing because you are given an opportunity to make a positive imprint on others’ lives. Over her nursing career she has learned that she is drawn to working in areas that allow for relationship building, problem solving, and humor which is one of many reasons PNWC is a perfect fit. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as boating, snowmobiling, reading, completing puzzles, and running.

Michele Love-Wells

ARNP

Michele is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in the Wenatchee Valley. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She obtained her Masters of Nursing from Gonzaga University, Bachelor of Nursing at Washington State University, and Associates Degree of Nursing at Wenatchee Valley College. As a nurse, Michele has worked in a variety of fields including: Dermatology, Urology, Urgent Care, and Medical/Surgical Inpatient. Michele's passion in healthcare is getting to the root cause of a patient's symptoms. She believes that you have to see a patient as a whole person and not just a diagnosis or a symptom. Her goal is to help her patients achieve their health goals, so they can live the life they desire. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as boating, 4-wheeling, being outdoors, and watching a good movie.

Noemi Mercado-Flores

Chief Operations Officer

Noemi has worked at PNWC for 12 years. She has 20 years of experience in a health care setting, including community clinics and now direct primary care. Noemi is experienced in administrative management, strategic planning, business development, and operations. She brings those years of diverse experience and passion to the PNWC team. In her spare time, Noemi enjoys traveling with her husband and making memories. Her goal is to keep adding stamps to her passport.

Diana Nikishin

Quality Assurance Manager

Diana's experience and qualifications through her 14 years in healthcare has given her the ability to strategically plan, implement and oversee projects. She is known for handling stressful and challenging situations with the utmost professionalism and grace. Diana believes to be a good leader; you must be open to learn every detail of each role within the practice. She has experience in nursing homes, hospital settings, specialty clinics, and Direct Primary Care. In her spare time, Diana enjoys being active outdoors with her family and creating memorable moments with them.
