Monthly Membership Fees
Our pricing system is straightforward and affordable. Please contact us with questions, or to become a member today.
Pricing below is effective January 1 of 2022 for new members.
Individual plans require the first 4 months at enrollment.
Children 0-17 years old, $30 a month with at least one parent membership
- Adults 18-50 years old, $63/month
Adults 51-80 years old, $86/month
- Adults 81+ years old, $99/month
Non-Member Fees
The Pacific Northwest Wellness Center is primarily a membership based practice but we realize the need for continued Fee-For-Service in NCW. While we will accept walk-ins, our top priority will be to our members. Please contact our office to set up an appointment for services such as physicals, tests, illness and injuries.
