At Pacific Northwest Wellness Center, you’ll have a team working together for your health and well being. Your healthcare providers provide coordinated holistic medical care, on site laboratories, diagnostic care, and imaging. Our providers and staff do what is right for each patient.

KARL LAMBERTARNP

Karl Lambert, ARNP has been in practice for over 20 years providing a very special type of care. He is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 1997 and graduated from the University of Kentucky. His uniquely compassionate approach coupled with innovative ideas such as the Direct Patient Care Model have helped transform healthcare. Karl enjoyed working for several years within a large family practice organization but felt he would better serve his community by opening Pacific Northwest Wellness Center, PLLC.

GILLIAN SHAWMD

We welcomed Dr. Gillian Shaw to the Pacific Northwest Wellness Center team in 2015. Dr. Shaw has over 35 years of experience, and a speciality in Family Medicine. She graduated from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Medicine in Canada. She worked at the Straub Clinic & Hospital in Hawaii and the Wenatchee Valley Medical Center. She calls the Wenatchee Valley her home. Dr. Shaw loves the individualized and personalized medical model at PNWC, and strives to make lives better through health and healing.

Olga RybakovDNP, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, RNFA

Olga Rybakov is a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who has been calling the Wenatchee valley her home since 1998. Her approach is known for her ability to quickly connect with patients and provide quality, patient-centered care. She is a Summa Cum Laude doctorate graduate from Frontier Nursing University. She has a multispecialty surgical RN and RN First Assistant background, which gave her a strong procedural foundation to add to her primary care skill set. Olga has a passion for supporting her patients in disease prevention, as well as weight management. She is seeing both pediatric and adult patients and inspires them to lead healthier lives. Feel free to schedule a wellness visit to establish care with Dr. Rybakov. She has a strong foundation in Bio-identical Hormone Replacement and is now offering medical aesthetics, including neuromodulators and fillers (Botox and Juvederm). She also offers PRP with microneedling for natural facial regeneration. Feel free to schedule a consultation for more information. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, hiking, camping, swimming, and organizing mission trips to Ukraine.

NON MEMBER FEES

The Pacific Northwest Wellness Center is primarily a membership based practice but we realize the need for continued Fee-For-Service in NCW. While we will accept walk-ins, our top priority will be to our members. Please contact our office to set up an appointment for services such as physicals, tests, illness and injuries.
